Meetings POST Event

We decided on our major milestones:

• Formation and group name
­ Initial idea
­ Setting a specific and consistent day, time and place to meet
­ Event name
­ Idea modification (separation of body, mind, soul) – why? We are a stubborn group!!
• Creative and advertising media done
• Preliminary Sponsor list and concept list
• Visionary concept plan – Skype meeting
• Spring break meeting
• Proposal – meeting dead lines
• Final event plans and tangibles
• Meeting Sunday evening – final meeting and set-up/run through for event
• EVENT DAY!
